Homemade Vegan Pizza

It seems like no matter how picky someone is, pizza is a dish that anyone will like. I, personally, love pizzas with lots of colorful veggies and toppings, but feel free to choose whatever you like on your pizza. This pizza recipe is cheap, and takes under an 20 minutes to make I would definitely recommend this over any frozen pizza brand.

1 store bought pizza dough (make your own if you prefer)
1/3 jar tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Toppings (what I like):
Canned pineapple chunks
Jarred jalapeno slices
Bell Peppers
Red Onions

1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and place parchment paper on a sheet pan. and open the package of pizza dough. Oil your fingers (I use canola oil) to make it easy for the pizza dough to come out of the package and place on the sheet pan.

2. Use your fingers to flatten the dough out onto the pizza pan. Once you have flattened it out so that it is overall, the same thickness,  pour your tomato sauce.

3. Spread the sauce evenly along the dough, ensuring to leave edges for crust. Then sprinkle over your cheese (I use vegan mozzarella, but feel free to use any you like) and then your desired toppings.

4. Once the oven is preheated, bake for approximately 20 to 22 minutes (according to package instructions, otherwise. Remove and let rest for about 5 to 10 minutes, cut and serve. Enjoy!

**NOTE: I use Hot Italian sausage from a local grocery store, but feel free to omit or substitute it with other mock meats. I also used vegan mozzarella but feel free to use real cheese to make it vegetarian.
