This vegan ricotta recipe is creamy, delicious, and can work in many other recipes including, lasagna, stuffed shells, ravioli, and many more!

1 block extra firm tofu
330 grams vegan sour cream (I use kite hill)
3 tsp salt
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Add your extra firm tofu, sour cream, salt, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until fully smooth and pureed well. Pour into a mixing bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Feel free to make any additional adjustments to taste.
